Our home sits just 3.7 miles from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, ½ mile from Tanger Outlets, and 1.5 miles from Schellville Winter Village — ideal for year-round adventures. We’re also walkable to the Coastal Taproom, Henlopen Pizza Kitchen, and Royal Farm for quick essentials. First State Brewing and Big Chill Surf Cantina are just down the road. Love the outdoors? Bike-trail parking and access are only minutes away across Route 1. Guest access Guests have access to the entire upstairs unit. Our home is an attached duplex and we sometimes also host other guests in the downstairs unit. Guests also have access to the backyard and in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Guests have access to the brand new outdoor shower, hot tub, outdoor dining area and fire pit.
