This is a quiet, safe neighborhood three blocks off a main road. Getting around Amarillo is easy. You can reach any destination in the city in about 20 minutes. It's 4 miles to downtown; 8 to the hospital district, 12 to the airport, 13 to WTAMU and 21 to Palo Duro Canyon. Amarillo is best navigated by car. A public transit pickup location is approximately three blocks away. Amarillo has taxi, Lyft and Uber service. We consider ourselves reasonable people. Communication with us about unforeseen events such as additional overnight guests, spills, and accidents is imperative to avoiding additional fees.
