Just 15 miles from Athens, Ohio, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the private, spacious yard relaxing on the large front deck, or the side porch. Plenty of space for relaxing, picnics, or watching the deer, turkeys, birds, and squirrels. Close proximity to Ohio University, Hocking Hills, Lake Hope, and Burr Oak State Parks, and Wayne National Forest. The space Location at the end of a dead-end, tree-lined, gravel road ensures privacy. Reliable WiFi and Direct TV with basic channels on 32"HDTV. Kitchen has pots, pans, small appliances, dishes, and silverware to meet your cooking needs. There is a fire pit, firewood, and chairs in the yard for your responsible use. The train nearby runs twice a day. Bug spray is encouraged if you plan on spending any time outside, and you may not need an alarm--the roosters up the road can be heard if you're enjoying the fresh air with the windows open.
