Just added second bedroom with a King bed. Large lobby area with seating and bar top tables. Roku tv in lobby and bedrooms. Handicap shower with handheld spray. Large courtyard. You have a business on each side of the property, post office across the street, police station close by and a block off of Main Street. King and twin air mattress available upon request. Guest access You can park directly in front of property or under carport in back. Other things to note No parties or unauthorized guests. You must list your guest when reservation is made. Please don't list one and you have more. You will be charged an additional fee if you don't. This is an historical building that was built in the 30's so please keep this in mind when booking. We have tried to keep it as original as possible. This is a peaceful and quiet location with businesses on each side of the building. Please be respectful during business hours. This location is also rented through our business as an Event Center. You may see (and can use) decorations or items used for entertaining upon approval. If you're renting as an AIRBNB and a party - additional fees will have to be added and must be approved. If needed for ANYTHING other than a AIRBNB please get permission before renting for any of the following- photography, parties, weddings, birthday parties....
