You’ll be amazed by the view from our home. The stars light up the sky in this quiet community. The bedroom’s are all upstairs. There’s a private deck off the main bedroom with an en suite. Other two bedrooms have their own sliding glass doors to their deck. Newly remodeled for your comfort. A couple miles East of Scottsdale. Quiet but close to golf courses, restaurants, concerts, shopping, hiking, lakes, Fountain Hills park, water parks, UTV trails, race tracks, sports centers, theme parks. The space You could watch the fountain of Fountain Hills erupt on the hour every hour between 9AM and 9PM or just enjoy the breath taking scenery of the mountains or valleys. Enjoy watching the birds on the Saguaro cactuses or the wildlife in the wash in the large area behind our home. Pool/ spa project is complete! The entertainment area, fully fenced backyard has a large fire pit, and outdoor cooking space. The decks around the second story to enjoy provide a breathtaking view of the fountain, valley, mountains ~red rock, four peaks and more!! There is an additional charge, $100 per day (approximately our cost) to heat the pool/spa. Spa only $50/day. No additional charge to enjoy it naturally heated by the sun. No charge for heating June through September! Picture yourselves enjoying your private pool/spa, bbq then coming into the cool air conditioned house. When it cools down you have your own fire pit area to enjoy under the stars. Paradise! ☀️🌴 Guest access Garage not accessible. Parking available in driveway. Other things to note Small celebrations for birthdays, sporting events, concerts, special events (most events within 30 minutes), Barrett Jackson goers (14 miles away), golfers (3 courses 1-5 miles away), etc welcomed. No large, loud parties. Quiet hours must be observed. No smoking inside the house and with no evidence of smoking left behind outside ~ $250 fee No pets allowed ~unauthorized pets $300 fee Unauthorized additional people sleeping over $100/day. Large, loud parties won’t be tolerated and may result in an additional fee. Additional fee to heat the pool/spa ~$100 /day spa only $50/ with agreement to turn on when being used and off when finished. Otherwise, spa $100/day also. 48 hr notice required to have pool heated. Outdoor cameras on site Required verbage: The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith. You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose. The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
