This is a first floor unit of a beachfront house located right next to Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. 20 min drive from Lewes, Rehoboth beach & Dewey beaches. Broadkill Beach convenience store nearby, shopping center ~ 10 min away. Kayaks are available free of charge with advance notice. The space New construction, built and furnished in 2022. This place is great for families with kids of all ages. Large front yard (facing the ocean) is perfect for family fun, volleyball, campfire, or grilling. Fishing and kayaking are popular water activities in the area. We DO NOT allow pets of any kind. Thank you for understanding! Sleeping accommodations : - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed and Daybed with rollout (2 twin beds); - Living room - Large pull out sofa bed. We supply sheets and towels for your stay. Guests can choose to bring their own linens are towels. Washer and dryer are shared with another unit. Your timeslot for laundry is 8am - 2pm. Outside shower with hot water. Beach chairs are not provided. 2 parking spaces per unit, see check-in instructions for details. Small children are welcome, but the home is not baby proofed. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Other things to note KAYAKS use is complimentary. Life jackets are provided. All guests will need to sign liability waiver. BIKE use is complimentary. No helmet or other protective equipment is provided. Condition of kayaks, life jackets, and bikes is not guaranteed. You will be sharing laundry room, EV charger, sitting area in the backyard, grill and fire pit with other guests. We DO NOT allow pets of any kind. Thank you for understanding!
