Comfortable and modern 60 m² independent cottage, adjoining a family building, with private garden, large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Accommodation for 4 (ideal) to 6 people (max). Floor: 2 adjoining bedrooms (double bed/foldable bunk beds), bathroom/toilet. Ground floor: living room with sofa bed and kitchen area, bathroom/toilet, veranda-living room and 2 independent terraces. Quiet environment 1 km from Les Vans. Lots to do nearby (walks, caves, canoeing...). The space The family building made of country stone is an old magnanerie (silk mill) from the middle of the 19th century. The cottage is a recent addition in the same style, with private entrance and all the comforts and amenities of a modern accommodation. You will have private access (only 1 cottage) to the swimming pool (12m X 5m) and the jacuzzi (4pers.). The 5000 m2 garden is fenced, you will find benches and hammocks, ping-pong table and children's games. Passionate about gardening, you will enjoy seasonal organic fruits and vegetables. You will also have choices of books (FR and EN) and comics, films and board games for children and adults, a dartboard and bocce balls to animate your aperitifs! I will be at your disposal to inform you and share the good places of restaurants, walks and activities. Convenience: Bed and bath linen are provided. We can provide crib and baby chair upon request. The pool and hot tub are in winter during the low season, from November to March. Inquire for October and April. In July and August, rentals range from Saturday to Saturday. Our four-legged friends are welcome and will be welcomed by our 3 dogs, 2 cats and chickens. Please let us know at the time of booking, to make sure everything goes smoothly with the indwelling animals.
