Two units in one! Just a half block from Main Avenue in the heart of historic downtown Durango. Walking distance to everything you'll want to experience... the shops, restaurants and train station. This listing is two units in the same Victorian home, each with separate living areas, kitchens, etc. The units do not connect on the inside but through the exterior stairway. Guest access You'll have access to the entire upstairs loft through a private external staircase through the rear of the building (the backside doesn't have the most curb appeal you've ever seen, but once you're inside you're going to love it!). Other things to note Noise: It's usually pretty quiet, but we are right downtown and there's some noise that can go along with that... The courthouse clocktower a block away rings every hour from 7AM to 7PM and two mornings a week the trash trucks make their rounds about 7. Parking: We have two dedicated parking spaces for you to use which are located a block and a half away on the opposite side of Main Avenue, but there are meters directly in front of the building to unload and load.
