Welcome to our fully equipped studio, designed to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Reservations made through brokers or third parties are not accepted. The space The studio features a bright open-plan living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. We take great pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness. The studio is professionally cleaned after every stay to ensure it is spotless, fresh, odor-free, and pest-free. All bed linens and towels are freshly laundered and sanitized for every guest. Guest access Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll contact you via Watsapp and provide detailed check-in instructions, including clear photos and directions to help you easily locate the building and the studio. For your privacy and security, we kindly ask that you communicate directly with us rather than with the building's doorman. You'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire studio. Upon check-in, you'll receive three keys: * The studio entrance key * The external entrance key * The building's main entrance key The studio also features an intercom system connected to the building's main entrance for your convenience and added security. Other things to note Our motto is simple: **"Our home is your home."** We are committed to making your stay as comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable as possible. The studio is equipped with high-speed **4G Wi-Fi (up to 400 Mbps)**, recently upgraded to provide a fast and reliable connection for both work and entertainment. As part of our commitment to sustainability and responsible energy use, electricity is charged separately based on actual consumption at **EGP 3 per kWh**. A photo of the electricity meter will be shared with you via watsapp at both check-in and check-out, and the balance can be paid through Airbnb or in cash. For your peace of mind, CCTV cameras monitor the building entrance and the studio entrance. We also carry out regular maintenance and aim to resolve any maintenance requests as quickly as possible. The studio is fully equipped with hot water and air conditioning/heating to ensure your comfort throughout the year. To avoid inconvenience, please make sure not to leave your keys inside the studio when you go out.
