Water View House 7 Miles From Topock Marina 10 Miles From Pirate's Cove Our house is a stick built house with a quaint water view. Why drive 45 minutes further to Havasu and wait over an hour to launch, just to run your boat up to Topock 66 and/or Pirate Cove. We're 7 miles from Topock 66 Marina and 10 miles from Pirate's Cove Marina. There's usually no wait to launch, even on the three day weekends there's little or no wait to launch your boat at Pirate's Cove (Topock 66 can have a wait). The space Labor Day, 4th of July and Memorial weekends are three night minimum stay. Weekly and monthly rates available at a discount from the daily price. There is plenty of boat/trailer parking.
