Smart tvs in every bedroom allow you to stream your favorite shows! No smoking or outside guests permitted, outdoor security cameras present, see full description. This beautiful home has a large, open floor plan on the first floor. Bright and airy rooms welcome you into the home. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, and a full set of dishes and silverware. While we are dog friendly, we do charge a non-refundable $50/pet fee that will be added on to the booking. Unfortunately, no cats are allowed due to severe allergies. The pet fee helps off-set the extra time it takes our cleaning crew to make our space "sparkling clean" again after hosting your pets! Outdoor security cameras are located on the front doors and on the rear of the house. They are always on and record audio and sound of the exterior of the home when motion activated. We do not allow events or parties in our property. *Absolutely no smoking on the property *Absolutely no parties (violators will be prosecuted) * We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video of the front porch and backyard. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
