We are on acreage with a 100+ acre wetland refuge, view loads of wildlife, deer, white squirrels, raccoons, etc. Bordering a golf course, at the end of a dirt road, it is a barn loft apartment, close to the coast, boat ramps, beaches, bird watching, bike trail, golfing and hiking. Feel free to BBQ, and enjoy nature. This loft is on the second floor with approximately 13-14 steps. Coded entry, parking in front of the entry door. Recreational vehicles welcome. We are rural community and located on a secluded 20 acre parcel, off a dirt road w/gated access, close to Shell Point Beach and others, St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge, walking and biking trails, boat ramps and much more. If your looking for more space we have another unit called the "White Squirrel Cottage" also available for booking on the same property. For up to 4 guests.
