Situated on a quiet street within a short walk to the beach and several restaurants, 412 Union Street is located within 0.15 miles of beach access. The screened back porch is the perfect spot for enjoying the morning paper and great afternoon naps. Entry into the main house is up an exterior staircase as the lower level is a 2 car garage. The main house consists of two bedrooms, which share a tiled tub/shower combination, a generously sized living room, separate dining room, and kitchen which opens to a small rear yard. A separate guest cottage in the back on the ground level has one bedroom and one bath is a bonus for those extra family members! Pets under 35 pounds permitted with a non refundable $150 fee.
