The space This property is a three bedroom end terraced property with stunning views over the Ayrshire countryside and forms part of a complex of 17 properties set here at Loudoun Mains. This stylish three bedroom cottage is decorated and furnished to a high standard, has a full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob. It has a South facing private patio and a large Hot Tub where you can relax and enjoy the views. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips and family adventures. It is fully centrally heated and the bedrooms comprise of one double, one twin room and one guest room (twin). The lounge is open plan with a large 75" smart TV and seating for 6 adults. There is an internal viewing galleries with a relax chair perfect for reading. Guest access Guests have full access to the swing park and the surrounding garden. We have fire pits available should you wish to use one please ask at reception for details. The country club is open every day from 9am to 7pm midweek and till 3pm at the weekends. Please note the Swimming pool is not accessible during the swimming lessons which run during the following times. Monday 10am to 1pm 3pm to 6pm. Tuesday 4pm to 6.30pm Wednesday 4pm to 6.30pm Thursday 4pm to 6.30pm Friday 10am to 2pm 3.30pm to 6pm Saturday 8am to 2pm Sunday 9am to 3pm The Sauna use is available for an additional charge and must be pre-arranged at reception. £10.00 for 1 session per person up to a max of 4 people. Other things to note For your safety the Hot Tub will be serviced daily. Please bring your own robes and towels for use in the hot tub and note that the Hot Tub switches itself off at 11pm as the cottage is set in a residential area. Please check your guest information folder within your property or with the reception staff at Country Club for swimming pool availability as it will not be available during swimming lessons.
