New ATV/UTV trail access - ride from front door and use local and county roads to access near by trails. Snowmobilers also ride right from the front door as trail access is just a half mile down a town road. Large parking area right in front – previous renters have brought 24-30 foot trailers right to the front door. Additional larger parking areas available as well. World Famous Birkie Trail and CAMBA biking trails just 10 minute drive away.
