While the neighborhood is very quiet, only a few blocks away is bustling malls, theme parks, and stores. It's 9 minutes away from Universal Studios. 10 minutes from Millennia Mall, 15 minutes from Disney, Seaworld, and the Convention Center. Then it is 20 minutes from Downtown Orlando. Very centric and close to International Drive, the Turnpike and I-4. The space We have a Ring doorbell for your check in assistance and safety! There are TVs in all the rooms which include a Roku that is connected to Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and more. There is also a wide variety of TV channels available through Sling TV. We also have 250 mb/s highspeed wifi! Guest access You will have access to the main part of the house which is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath. The carport is available for your use and can fit up to two cars. There is additional parking space on the curbside. Other things to note This is a duplex style set up where it is wall to wall with no shared spaces and separate private entrances. There is a door in the dining room that previously led to the guest suite but it has been walled off and there is no access between the two units. If there is a car in the yard or along the curb, it is the guests in the suite in the left side of the house. Due to the owner’s allergies, animals are not allowed.
