Located on Vancouver Island, which has stunning views of the mountains on a 4-acre property, with many hiking trails, lakes, waterfalls, mountain biking, and beaches only minutes away. The unit is designed for a short-term vacation rental with a stay of 15 days, and no children below 4 years old and no pets. Brand New Keystone Retreat Destination Model is a self-contained unit that is completely detached from the main house with access to a pond to relax, read a book and listen to the sounds of nature that surround the property. The bathroom/shower is fully equipped with hotel spa standards for linens, towels, body soap, and shampoo. It has a very comfortable king-size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room. Fully modern kitchen (Stainless steel Fridge, microwave, cooking equipment- pots, pan, etc., toaster, coffee maker-coffee station, kettle, stainless steel range with oven), dining table that will seat four people, leather pull-out couch, two reclining chairs, wireless internet connection, 50 inches flat screen TV (free basic Shaw Cable and Wi-Fi), two ceiling fan, surround music, outdoor awning with LED light, outside patio area to relax and have a BBQ, fire pit for nighttime smores and stargazing (subject to local open fire season/bans and weather condition), and free two vehicle parking with boat trailer. We offer free parking for two vehicles and can accommodate trucks with boats and trailers. Less than 5 minutes from the Whiskey Creek Recreation Off-Road riding area for dirt Bikes/OHV (Off-Highway Vehicle) riding trials. Parking spaces can fit a boat, and lots of room turn around. Only designated people would have access to the unit and property. Guest access Guests have access to the Hailey Pond ( the pond is not fenced in) to relax and enjoy nature at its best. Other things to note The property very private, the property has a gate that password will be given upon booking confirmation, and the community is very safe and secure.
