This guide includes parking instructions and everything you need for smooth, 24-hour self check-in. Your personal entry code will be the last four digits of the phone number associated with your reservation—easy and secure. During your stay, enjoy exclusive access to a private deck, a five-seat hot tub, and a BBQ grill fully stocked with supplies. Other things to note Private Garage A private garage is available for an additional charge of $30.00 per day. Washer & Dryer An in-unit washer and dryer are available for $9.00 per 24-hour use. Please do not wash items that have been used at the Burning Man festival. Winter Travel Advisory Before traveling to Truckee, we encourage you to check the latest weather and road conditions. During snow conditions, a 4WD vehicle is highly recommended—or at the very least, vehicles should be equipped with snow tires and carry chains. We plow the driveway once daily as needed. If the driveway becomes too icy, parking is permitted in front of the main house. Please use caution, as the driveway may still be slippery in certain areas.
