Daily housekeeping common areas maintained (living room, bathroom, kitchenette, yard). Guest access There is free public parking in the front of the property and plenty of it; there is also private parking $$. Other things to note House Rules: Only the person that booked is allowed to check in. If someone is not added to the reservation they cannot check in. All guest must be declared on the reservation. Any undeclared guest will be charge $40/pp. and could still lead to removal if any guest is unsuitable to the host or Airbnb. All guest agreed to all terms and services of Airbnb must have a valid working number, if you do not have a working number and we try to contact you before your check in and are unsuccessful; we can remove your reservation for violation of Airbnb policy without refund. Visiting up to 4 hours $20/day per person anything after that is consider a full day $40/day per person. Locals must contact host before booking cannot use “instant book”. Any house Rules violated is grounds for immediate removal from property and termination of stay without refund. Any guest that books must follow the terms of the lease and community policy. Occupancy limit: 2ppl any more than this will be vacated for trespassing. Late checkout fees: If you check out 30 minutes after 10am check out there’s a $50 fee. If you have possession for more than two hours you will get charged a full day without discount this is not award you possession for the day. Please do not park in front of the mailbox, walkway entrance or driveway. Please take your shoes off when you enter the house. Please turn off electronics and lights when you leave.
