This is a legal suite as permitted by the City of Edmonton, with separate private entrance, private in-suite laundry, the suite also has it's own furnace which you can control with a Nest thermostat allowing you to control your climate and stay warm on the coldest nights. With high quality insulation to prevent EXCESSIVE noise from the home above. The house is located on a corner lot allowing for free street parking just outside the suite entrance. The suite entrance is on the side of the home and has a private concrete walkway. The kitchen has modern granite finishes and is fully stocked including microwave, coffee machine (keurig + k-cups), toaster, blender, kettle, pots, pans, cookware, glassware, dinnerware, cutlery, prep bowls, measuring cups. Laundry is private, full sized standup Samsung washer and dryer. Tide pods and bounce sheets are stocked on top of machine. Conveniently located within blocks of Superstore, Walmart, Sobeys, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, A&W, Shoppers Drug Mart, Winners, and more stores within the Harvest Hills shopping center. 10 min drive to South Common premium shopping outlets, and the Meadows recreation center. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire basement suite, private laundry and all amenities within. No access to the mechanical/storage room which the host may access for maintenance purposes during stay. Door is marked private and will be locked. Other things to note City of Edmonton License number: '423122007-002' CHECK IN PROCESS Self check in made simple, and stress free! Prior to arrival we will send a personal code for the Suites electronic lock, the code will remain active for the entirety of your stay. Follow the detailed directions (with picture references), find our vibrant and easily identifiable BLUE suite door and use your code to gain entry! We have a detailed guide book inside the suite with all relevant details to ensure you can easily find and navigate all available features in the suite. We are also just a message away if you need anything throughout the check-in or during your stay! CEILINGS 8 1/2 feet tall in locations without bulkheads. 7 1/2 feet tall in locations with bulkheads. Even the tallest guests will have plenty of headroom throughout the suite. Note: lower ceiling height in back of the laundry area, but still very manageable while using the machines.
