Welcome to the vacation home "Zeitwert" - a beautiful, ecologically built new building. The house is located on a large property, directly located on the beautiful forest lake "Holzwiesenteich" in a quiet location. With around 70 square meters of living and well-being space, it invites you to spend relaxed days, beautiful moments and a valuable time. For those looking for that extra something in the middle of nature, there is so much to discover here. Looking forward to seeing you soon! The space A vacation home in the countryside was built for you in 2021 from valuable raw materials such as clay, wood and hemp. In terms of space, it offers two bedrooms with double beds and fresh linens, a modern bathroom with a rain shower, a bright living and dining area with panoramic windows directly overlooking the water, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all common kitchen utensils. The gallery is also special, where you can end the day wonderfully with a delicious wine or a good book. For cooler days, the pellet stove in the living area provides cozy warmth and a special atmosphere. Bed and bath linens as well as pellets are included and have already been arranged for you. On the 1200 sqm property there is a sun terrace (including sun loungers and parasol) overlooking the water, a barbecue area, a covered terrace, a solar-heated outdoor shower, beautiful flower meadows and much more to discover. For small and young-at-heart guests, the large lawn is ideal for playing. Large parking areas for cars or RVs/cars are provided. Other things to note Disclaimer: Please note that we are constantly striving to beautify and expand the property. For this reason, there is currently a construction site at the lower end of the property, as a tiny house is being built there as an additional property. Occasionally, minor work may be carried out there, even when guests are there, but we will do our best to minimize inconvenience and always seek prior agreement with our guests in this regard. Please note that there is a private apartment under the vacation home, which we will not use during your rental period, but use in exceptional cases cannot be ruled out. In addition, we reserve the right to enter the property (not the rented living area) during the rental period to carry out necessary work (e.g. irrigation of the green areas).
