Guest suite in Cleveland

This guesthouse is ideal if you're searching for a basic, affordable place to stay while you attend a show, sports event, concert, or wedding. It is situated in Ohio City, a historical cultural district. The charming loft is within walking distance of Cleveland's best eateries, pubs, cafés, shops, and breweries. It is approx. 1.5 miles from downtown, the stadium, and the arena. Tucked away off a brick street, the house is only a 15 minute drive from the airport, museums, and University Hospital. The space The guesthouse is attached to the main house and has its own separate entrance. It shares two walls with the main house (the dining room and kitchen). It is a loft-style apartment (2 rooms—the kitchen downstairs and the bedroom upstairs) with a cathedral window and lots of skylights! You can view the kitchen from upstairs. Guest access You can access the guest house via the backyard alley (4105 Terrett Ave.). Off-street parking and garage space are included. We are keyless; there is a keypad for access to the apartment. The code to access the apartment will be the last four digits of your phone number. Other things to note Long-term rental: If you are renting the space for 1 month or more, you have to allow access to show the unit to other potential long-term rentals the last week of your stay. The showings will be limited to three times a week, if any.
