The space The yard is fenced for kids or pets and you are in a wonderful, quiet location, but still so close to all that Newport has to offer! You will hear birds chirping in the morning. All furnishings are new and colorful and there is central AC for those hot humid nights!! Please note that we have installed a new outdoor patio area with out door seating. Not shown in the photos. Upon entering you are greeted with high ceilings and a large open living room space with a huge modern kitchen located along the wall. Fully equipped for any kind of cooking.... Large cool tiles throughout and a bank of white cabinets for any kind of storage. Sunny and large. Smart TV. Small dining set can be found in the closet, if needed. The bathroom is large and spa like with walk in shower! Bedroom is right around the corner with a King size bed and VERY comfy mattress! Large walk in closet with racks for shoes and shelves for clothing. New outdoor patio with seating! Basement holds the washer and dryer and are there for your use! You will find beach chairs and beach towels for your use. Guest access You have the whole cottage for yourself! You also have a fenced in yard that is there for your use only! Please make note that the yard is fenced along 3 sides and the 4th has a 4-5 ft stone wall. Outdoor furniture is there from May- Mid Oct and is a table with chairs for dining. Gas grill also for your use! Parking for 3 cars in tandem. Other things to note Parking for up to 3 cars tandem closest to the cottage. Next to this parking is overflow parking for the house next door. Garbage must go in yellow bags before going into the bin. (if you run out, they can be purchased at Shaws Grocery store). This home is dog-friendly, however, there's going to be a pet fee, which is $75/pet. It is subject for approval.
