THE DOMAINE DE SAINT-VINCENT consists of two spacious AIR-CONDITIONED houses built in the spirit of the tobacco dryers of Périgord. They each offer 3 bedrooms, a large living room bathed in light, a perfectly equipped kitchen. Large wooded garden with playground (football / trampoline / bicycles) Fenced PRIVATE pool. FIBER WiFi Ideal for 2 families traveling together while maintaining their privacy The space The Domaine de St Vincent consists of two spacious wooden houses, recently built in the style of the tobacco drying barns, typical of the Perigord, offering all the modern comfort and a superb layout for passing a great holiday with family or friends. Both houses, Le Séchoir de Beynac and Le Séchoir des Milandes are self catering properties, both having their own huge lounge with sitting, dining areas and modern kitchen. For the comfort of our guests, both houses are equiped with AC. Le Séchoir des Milandes (please see ref 358 for more details) sleeps 6 guests, all at groundfloor. It enjoys 3 large bedrooms (two double and one twin), a shower room and separate toilets. Le séchoir de Beynac (please see ref 357 for more details) sleeps up to 8 guests on two levels : the master double bedroom with ensuite shower room is set at groundfloor, as well as lounge, kitchen and sep toilet. The first floor comes with a second double, twin bedroom, huge landing with a very comfortable sofa bed, and large family bathroom with toilet. Outside you will make the most of the large flat garden with lawned areas and mature trees. It is ideal for ball games or simply to relax! Bikes and a trampoline are available for your amusement. The swimming pool measuring 10m x 5m, is completely fenced and equipped with a removable cover to help keep in the heat in mid season. When the two houses are let together, the pool is for your exclusive use only. Dordogne river just 800m away, and numerous footpaths pass in front of the house. Beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and the castles of Beynac and Les Milandes. Guest access Our guests have full and exclusive use of the entire property, garden and pool Other things to note The rent includes all charges including air conditioning costs in case of use (€15/day) Pool available and heated from the beginning of May to the end of September. The final temperature also depends on the outdoor weather conditions.
