The space Enjoy a lot of space and privacy in our 5 bedrooms home, we have a fully furnished office space, a large private gravel backyard, and each room has a smart TV. Enjoy your coffee in your fully furnished kitchen. There is a private fridge in the master bedroom and a pool table in the playroom upstairs. Guest access You will have an access to the entire 3,392 square feet space and no other residents on the property, plus some amenities are included in this rental. It is a 2-story home (1 bedroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs). Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note 📌 IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please take a moment to read our house rules. Thank you! 🌿 📌 GUEST REGISTRATION: This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $55 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY: ✤ We needed to put the two (2) nights minimum in place in order to prevent parties mostly due to the huge amount of washing/ironing/cleaning that one night stays create. Thanks for your understanding! EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ✤We do have a charge of $20/hour. for early check-in and late check-out. EXTRA GUESTS ✤We do have a charge of $15/guest/day after 8 guests. Though our house can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, our house is ideally comfortable for 10 guests. GRILL: ✤ If you would like to use the grill, please be informed that we have an additional cleaning fee of $50 per stay. SUPPLIES: ✤ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. PARKING: ✤ Feel free to park on the premises and on the street. We recommend locking your car as we will not be held liable for any theft or vandalism. The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars and 2 on the side of the road. If huge SUVs like Escalades or trucks, only 4 can be parked on the driveway and 2 on the side of the road without blocking the mailbox. INTERNET: ✤ We provide High speed and our service provider is Spectrum. ✤ WiFi router is located on the the white bookshelf in the living room. For reset purposes, reset the router by pushing the reset button on the router. UTENSILS: ✤ We have more than enough plates and silverware for 8 people. Good for 10 to be exact. ✤ We don't have a crockpot though. ✤ We have 2 saucepans (big and small) and 10 bowls. ✤ We added 3 cooking sheets pans and 3 plastic cutting boards. ✤ For the coffee, we have Keurig in the house, you don't need a filter. It is being replenished regularly to make sure there is enough for the guests. TOWELS: ✤ We added 8 more towels! THERMOSTAT: ✤ It is located in the living room and in the hallway upstairs BREAKER: ✤ Breaker is located in the Garage. SAFETY AND SECURITY: ✤ Fire extinguisher in the kitchen, first aid kit In the white bookshelf in the living room ✤ In the event of power outages, there are flashlights under the kitchen sink. ✤ For everyone's safety and security, the property is equipped with security cameras on the exterior part (no cameras inside the house). Guests must not switch them off, cover them, tamper with them, move them, or obstruct their view. Breaking these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property without any refunds. INTERNET CONNECTION: ✤ Guests staying at the vacation home are allowed to use the internet connection provided. Tampering with or damaging the connection and accessing illegal material in any way is prohibited. Breaking these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property without any refunds. GARAGE ✤ Please also note that the garage will not be accessible for guests as there are owner's belongings stored in there. Thank you! ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY: ✤Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount. Lastly, please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
