The space UNIQUE OCEAN FRONT DUPLEX: This is the Lower Level with full kitchen, 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms (6 beds), living and dining areas, laundry, fireplace, deck, barbeque, and multiple TVs. Dogs are welcome with a 2-dog max. The hot tub, yard, firepit, and parking are shared with the Upper Level. The Lower Level sleeps up to 8 and can be rented with the Upper Level to sleep up to 16. EV CHARGING: We have a Level 2, standard 4 prong, 220 volts, shared exterior outlet, for guest's private use. Bring your own 4 plug adapter, if needed. Guest access There are 2 stairs to the front door and steps down from the deck to the yard. The shared yard leads directly to the beach, tidepools, rocks and surf as well as gorgeous views along the access road. There is free private shared parking for up to three cars per level rented. Other things to note New owners are interested in making this a premier and welcoming place for family and friends to stay in Yachats, the Gem of the Oregon Coast. We recently received our short-term rental license and are no longer limited to 30+ night stays. We still offer substantial length of stay discounts for longer stays. We are in the process of setting up our booking calendar and nightly rates for shorter stays.
