Enjoy the sunset from the upper deck back porch or a short 1/4 mile walk to Adams beach. Bring your boat and enjoy making memories on the water! This beautiful area is famous for some of the best redfish, trout, or red snapper fishing the gulf coast of Florida has to offer! Check out my guide book for more info! The space The cottage is nestled on a quiet dead end road. Ride your golf cart or side by side to Walter B’s and grab a fresh steak to throw on the grill or to the Bird Rack for an afternoon cocktail and cheeseburger! It’s a great spot to make lifelong memories with family and friends! For added convenience, all household supplies are included in your stay! Guest access Guest access to the entire house and property. Other things to note The upstairs kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, all cookware, utensils, dishes, dishwasher, countertop air fryer and crock pot. (There is no microwave.) Gas grill, refrigerator and gas range downstairs. All Propane is provided. We have recently screened in the downstairs common area and added an outdoor kitchenette complete with a gas range, granite countertops and stainless steel sink so enjoying the outdoors is now more comfortable! There is also an outdoor shower to cool off when returning from your beautiful day on the water! All household necessities are also provided such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, baggies, foil, paper towels, etc. We are also excited to announce that we now have fiber optic internet! It is lightning fast, so streaming television and working remotely is now way more convenient! It is one of the most peaceful places to come and reconnect with family and friends!
