Relaxing front porch on a very quiet section of the shoreline. It is about a 400 foot walk down the trail to our dock on Lake Dardanelle. You can fish from the dock. For stays 4 days and longer a washer and dryer located in the garage can be available. The space We have 2 acres with a long border with the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers that manage Lake Dardanelle. The cottage is located across the driveway about 75 feet from our residence. Both structures are super insulated and have e-glass windows. There have been no issues with sound either way. Guests have commented about how quiet it is in the cottage. We rarely know when guests come and go. The cottage is beautifully decorated with new furnishings The bathroom features a custom shower. Separate bedroom with a new king size bed (Aug. 2023). Quiet and peaceful area with plenty of room for trailer parking. The garage is used by the host for storage and is not part of the rental. Guest access Private entrance to separate accommodations on beautiful Lake Dardanelle only 6 miles west of Dardanelle, AR. Other things to note Lakeshore Retreat is only .6 miles off of State Highway 22. Convenient to shopping and restaurants 6 miles away in Dardanelle, Russellville is 18 minutes. Mount Nebo is 3.4 miles away. Both Mt Nebo and Mt. Magazine have lots of opportunities for hiking, biking and outdoor activities. Mount Nebo offers Monument Trails for mountain biking. Lake Dardanelle is just a walk to the shore or 2 miles to the nearest boat launch at Lake Dardanelle State Park. There are multiple golf courses in the area, the closest of which is Lions Den, owned by PGA golfer John Daly is only 2 miles away,
