Both bedrooms sit on the upper level and have a queen-sized bed, ample storage space for your things, and satellite TV. Also on the top floor, a double-sized futon in the laundry room provides space to accommodate additional guests, with more sheets, pillows, and blankets available for maximum comfort. Guest access As a guest, you will have full and private access to the entire cabin, including the in-unit washer and dryer, hot tub, and river. The roads to the cabin are not steep, and easy handled by any car. They are paved until the very end, where there is a small section of well maintained gravel road. Not recommended for trailers or motorcycles. If there is ice or snow, 4wd would be recommended but otherwise its easy in any car. Check yourself in with the smart lock. Please note there are stairs up to the cabin’s main level, so this property is not suitable for those who have trouble walking up and down stairs. Other things to note ★ All guests in this cabin must be at least 22 years old unless with a parent. ★ Max occupancy is 6 people at any given time. ★ The free WiFi is satellite internet. It can be intermittent and affected by the weather. It usually works ok for casual browsing and messaging, and streaming usually works, but don't count on it. If a guaranteed fast internet connection is important to you, this cabin in the woods won't be your best option. ★ No guests are permitted on the property unless approved in your initial reservation. ★ Bath towels and linens for all beds are provided. ★ A starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper is provided. If your stay is longer than a couple of days, you should anticipate having to buy more. Food items, coffee, filters, spices, oil, etc are not provided. ★ The fireplace is electric and not to be used during Spring/Summer or with AC on. ★ Please make sure you have read the whole listing and house rules before booking. ★ No refunds for bad weather, so please plan accordingly and make sure you have 4WD if driving during snow/ice. ★ This location means you may see or hear critters and bears. They won’t bother you, but please use common sense, secure your car, and don't leave food or trash accessible. If available, early checkins and late checkouts can be arranged at a cost of $30 per hour rounded to the nearest hour.
