Perched on the heights of Garonne, the "Nid" cottage offers rest and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. This accommodation is ideal for a family and perfectly located for visiting the Lot and Garonne area. - The pool is secured and shared with 2 other cottages. - Fireplace for cozy moments. - No pets allowed. Included: internet, parking space, and end-of-stay cleaning. Bed linens and towels are available for an additional fee. Firewood is provided for your first fires. The space The cottage consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, a fireplace with an insert, and a dining table. The sleeping area is divided into 2 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 1 bed (140x200 cm), Electric heating, Wardrobe - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200 cm), Electric heating, Shelving There is an independent bathroom with a toilet, washing machine, towel dryer, shower, and sink. Total area: 55 m². A covered balcony-terrace (30 m²) and a small terrace with a barbecue are also included. The property covers 10 hectares and includes: - A secured swimming pool (12m x 6m) shared with 2 other rentals (depth from 1m to 2.60m, with steps and a beach area). - A playground with a trampoline, seesaw swing, and pétanque court. - Parking adjacent to the accommodation. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation, as well as the pool (in season) and the garden. Please be respectful of other guests on the property. ⚠️ The pool is available from the sunny days until autumn, depending on the weather.
