SUNSETS @ DUNDEE is a perfect place to stay for a weekend or extended stay on the Beachfront at Dundee Beach. $260 per night for 6 guests. Cost includes 6 guests and linen is supplied. Additional costs apply for extra guests to a maximum of 8 Located a short 5 min-drive from The Lodge of Dundee and boat ramp Plenty of space and turnaround for cars & boat inside the property. You can look forward to a very comfortable & relaxing stay. The space SUNSETS @ DUNDEE is a spacious 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom tropical home, situated on the beach front in Marege Dr, Dundee Beach. One of the many features of this property is the quick access out the back gate to the beach, about a 2-minute walk. You can enjoy the cool sea breezes while sitting on the back veranda enjoying the spectacular top end sunsets with a drink or two before dinner. A large BBQ is available for outdoor cooking. The house sleeps eight people comfortably, is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout and is well equipped for all your needs to have an enjoyable stay. Features include, open plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as new modern furniture and linen. The kitchen has all the electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans that you need. A large fridge freezer, microwave and modern gas stove & oven are also available in the kitchen, With plenty of bench space and cupboard storage. The dining area has a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The Living area has 2 comfortable lounge chairs, 2-fold out lounges, and TV. The bathroom has a shower and vanity, with heaps of cupboard space. A seperate toilet is at the end of the hallway. A washing machine and dryer is situated in the laundry as well as a laundry tub and small chest freezer. In the main bedroom there is a king bed. The second bedroom has 2 king singles (bunk bed) and 1 queen bed. *Please note that bed sheets, pillowcases and bath linen are included in the cost of the property* Terms and conditions: Rental fee-$260 per night for six guests, in the house, with a minimum of two nights stay. Extra Guests-Additional costs apply for extra guests of $25 per person per night, with a limit of 8 in the house Damage deposit-A refundable damage deposit of $400 will apply to each booking and must be paid with the final payment, this is refunded within 7 days after the completion of your stay provided there is no damage above and beyond what is considered normal wear and tear, Deposit-We require a deposit of $260 to hold your booking, this will be due when booking. Final Payment- Final payment, including the damage deposit, (less deposit) is to be made 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Cancellation-Should you need to cancel (for good reasons), we require at least two weeks prior to the date booked. Check in time- After 2pm on the day of your arrival. We may require a 3pm check in if we have other guests departing the same day of your arrival. Check out time-By 10.00am on the day of your departure. Pets-Can be discussed when booking. Smoking- Definitely no smoking in the house Rules and Regulations- We do not allow camping on the property No fireworks allowed Do not ride any motor bikes or ATVs around the property Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down
