It sits in the picturesque and peaceful Cornish hamlet of West Pentire and is only 300 yards from a cliff path that leads to acres of golden sand. Set in the heart of National Trust land, the property is surrounded by magnificent walking country around the headlands and bays away from the roads. It is an ideal base to explore North Cornwall’s splendid countryside, stunning coastline, and unique history. The historic and family friendly Bowgie Inn is nearby and offers a selection of food as well as local beers and ciders, and sports fans can enjoy Sky coverage. A general store (open in season) can be found nearby, and Crantock village and its shops are only 1 mile away. The lively resort of Newquay, with its cliffs, honeycombed by numerous caves, is 5 miles round the estuary to the north. Beach 200 yards. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
