Updated RANCH w/game room, fire pit, walk to lake!

This family friendly ranch home is in Bear Creek Lakes Community in Jim Thorpe. We are close to Blue Mountain, Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resorts. Only 10 min drive to historic Jim Thorpe Train. The living room has an 82" TV and double sided gas fireplace open to the dining room. The heated garage has arcade games, a pool table, foosball and shuffleboard. The backyard has a deck, BBQ, fire pit and outdoor games. We are walking distance to the lake, playgrounds & basketball courts! The space The home is modern, light and spacious. The full walls of windows in the main room bring the outside in. For ease of use heating is 3 zone hot water baseboards. The dedicated in wall heater in the garage is available from September 15 to June 1. The garage has been converted to a game room with pool table, shuffle board, foosball, mini ping pong and arcade style games. We have something for everyone to enjoy. (board games, card games, blocks, bubbles, play cars and trucks) The deck and fire pit area are setup for entertaining. We supply the seasoned firewood and the smores! We have snow shoes available for use in the winter. There are several outdoor games available for your enjoyment. We have tennis rackets and pickle ball racquets to use on our community courts. In the summer you are welcome to use our bikes, scooters, kayaks and paddle boards. Please bring your helmet for the bikes and be sure to wear a life jacket while out on the lake kayaking and paddle boarding. (It is the law) Guest access Guests have access to the entire property excluding the outdoor locked sheds and owner's closets. Other things to note The pool opens for the weekends starting Memorial Day. It does not open for full weeks until approximately June 7th. The propane fireplace will be only decorative from July 1 to September 15. There will be flameless candles inside.
