WELCOME to Palisade wine country, the newly opened Palisade Plunge, the Colorado National Monument, the Grand Mesa (the largest flat-top mountain in the World), & Powderhorn Ski Resort Mountain Biking. The house is a 1940s farmhouse with all the charm that comes along with it...it has been remodeled here and there but is by no means in "mint" condition. The space You will have the entire top-level (with a locked door). The farmhouse is a two-story house. Enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset on the deck facing Mt. Garfield. The farm improvements are a work in progress, so please be patient as we continue to make things better. Smoking is not allowed in the house, but outside is fine. There is a tenant living in the basement of the farmhouse. The main entryway and laundry room are shared, but there are locked doors to both levels.
