From good restaurants, bars, post office, golf course, public pool, supermarket, a bank, and even a good ole laundry and car wash. There are also lots of things to do and see within a 15 to 30 miles radius! Everything from taking a trip at the gorgeous Pinecrest Lake, visiting historic towns like Sonora, Columbia, the Tuolumne County Museum, trying your luck at the Black Oak Casino, and during the winter, playing at the snow at the Leland High Sierra Snowplay and Dodge Ridge Resort and many more! Make the most of your travel and take your family to the nearby lakes, like Pinecrest Lake or New Melones Lake, visit the historic towns like Tuolumne County Museum, Columbia historic park, Downtown Sonora, or if you are feeling lucky be sure to check out Black Oak Casino Resort. Our home is also about an hour away from Yosemite for a nice day trip and during the winter, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort is just 32 minutes away for a nice ski trip. ■ There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. ■ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. ■ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews or have a 4.5 rating or less are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property. ■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled.
