Close to the beach and the military base. Mid term stays welcome! The space Mid Stays Welcome! Rejuvenate in this relaxing space. Enjoy the evening with a fire outside with loved ones, grill some steaks on the large BlackStone grill, or binge watch a favorite show on the big screen in the air-conditioned/heated Sun room. Big screen TVs are in both bedrooms for added entertainment. The closest beach is Beautiful Topsail, less than 10 driving minutes away! The outside space has a wrap around porch, and in the spring and summer time is lush and green. Sip your morning coffee or your evening tea on the deck, read your favorite book, or watch the kids play. You can even bring your pup and let them have the run of the yard! NOTE: If you're looking for problems, lack a sense of humor, OR you're a chronic complainer- this is not the place for you. We are a light hearted family that enjoys this space. If there's an emergency, we are quick to rectify it. It's a cozy cottage that we have gutted and redesigned on our own to make it our own slice of heaven with family memories hanging on the walls. We love hosting families who are light hearted and are just wanting a reasonable get away to relax and make memories. For stays longer than 14 days, we add a complimentary, professional cleaning so you don't have to think about a thing! No matter how long your stay is, you can also add in an extra cleaning beyond the complimentary cleaning. ALL GUESTS OVER 18 WHO ENTER THE PROPERTY MUST BE REGISTERED. Your booking will be canceled immediately and the law will be involved if unregistered guests enter the property. To register your guests, Please have a conversation with your hosts. Guest access Feel free to use the fire pit outside. The private hot tub is for your use. Please ONLY park on the gravel and NOT the grass at any time of your stay. Other things to note There is a NO SMOKING INSIDE policy at the Bout Time Cottage. Smoking is permitted outside if you clean up your cigarette butts. If smoke is detected inside from our filters or air purifiers, you will be charged a $500 fee. Please follow this rule so we can keep this option available. Fur pups are welcome for a small fee. Please clean up after them both inside and outside so we can continue to offer this option at a low cost. Bring your own boat and park it where you can see it your entire stay! ALL GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED. Your booking may be canceled without a refund should any person enter the property unregistered during your stay.
