Bungalow in Phoenix

Clean, private room in a beautiful bungalow in one of Phoenix's hippest historic neighborhoods. Plenty of privacy with the feel of a home. Many guests stay one-three months while working in the area. Because the home is shared and wearing masks at home is a bummer, guests will be asked to show evidence of full COVID vaccination when booking. I am vaccinated. A fast 5-10 min drive to downtown hospitals. Within 10 min to downtown, airport and many museums, theaters, restaurants, trails, gyms. The space Enjoy a bright, clean, private room in the front wing of the house a few steps from your own semi-private bathroom (it is also the guest bath for the house) and laundry facilities. The extra-long twin sized Tuft & Needle bed is super comfy and the linens plush. (Read the reviews on excellent sleep while staying here!) You have a chair and computer table in the room, or you can work or relax in the shared areas. There is a front and back “wing” to the open floor plan, so you can choose to be as private or sociable as you wish. I do work from a temporary office in the room currently showing the turquoise couch, but will be respectful of guests' privacy and need for quiet. For guests staying a month or more, there will be a cleaning service every two weeks. The finishings-honed marble, waxed wood and white walls-require a little care, so this spot is best for those who find that no big deal. Guest access Beyond the private room, guests can use the laundry, the semi-private bath, the living rooms and dining room, the kitchen, front outdoor areas. You can store your suitcase in the storage room. The backyard is undergoing a renovation, but the front porch is welcoming when the weather is nice. During your stay Guests determine how much interaction we have. My living quarters are in the back part of the house, so we can either miss each other for days, just say "hey" or chat about life over a cup of coffee on the porch. Your choice. I work from home in the front room but keep to myself while doing so and will be considerate of guest's need for quiet. You will be provided with your own front door access code to come in and out as you please. If I am traveling during your stay, I will leave house info and the phone number of my great neighbors. Other things to note All guests must complete the ID verification, including social media and ID card. Please do that prior to requesting approval. Evidence of vaccination can be provided via messaging when setting up the reservation. Street parking is available directly in front of the house.
