The unit can sleep max 4 guests. The fully equipped remodeled kitchen has everything you'll need to treat yourself to delicious home-cooked meals when you don't feel like eating out. This unit is located on second floor with outdoor seating for viewing the ocean (no elevator). The buildings lush tropical landscaping, shuffleboard court, outdoor seating on the patio which has ocean view is truly breathtaking. From this unit, you are literally…STEPS to the beach. This rental has all the elements of a relaxing vacation just waiting to happen. The unit was completely remodeled in 2021 from top to bottom. Renovations include new flooring throughout, kitchen (cabinets/backsplash/counter tops/new appliances), crown molding, ceilings and doors. The star update is the remodeled bath with spa shower that has a rain head shower. Wi-Fi, Cable and parking spot included. We provided a set of towels (including hand towels and wash cloths), 4 beach towels and linens for both beds (King and Full sets), 2 beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. You'll love the beach views from both the living area and bedroom. Gym located directly across the street with weekly memberships available. The gym is called Beachfront Fitness *Month to Month Membership $50 Tax Included Includes 4am to Midnight access. *Week Membership $30 Tax Included Includes 4am to Midnight access. *Day pass- $10 total Only includes access during office hours. Keypad entry into unit with backup key provided. Other things to note The Unit is located on the 2nd floor (No Elevator). There is also laundry on the first floor and there is no dishwasher in the unit. We do provide dish soap for cleaning, plus a few cleaning supplies if needed. Laundry (Located on First Floor of Building) • Laundry is now app based which can be paid on an app, but you’ll also be able to pay by credit card onsite.
