Private Room in quiet home in Woodland Hills

Light, bright single room overlooking the backyard in a peaceful home and quiet neighborhood. Very close to a lot of excellent local activities and amenities The space Quiet, peaceful home in the Walnut Acres neighborhood of Woodland Hills, conveniently located near the 101 freeway, adjacent to the Warner Center. - Close to a wide variety of amenities – shopping at the local Topanga Mall, the Topanga Village open-air mall and others; Target, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts and other grocery stores nearby; entertaiment with many restaurants, movie theatres etc; the hills and hiking trails of the Santa Monica mountains and just 20 minutes from the beaches of Malibu. - The photographs show the details of the room - light, bright, overlooking backyard. - The room has a desk for anyone who needs space to work and plenty of drawer/closet storage. - The house has central air and heating with ceiling fans in each room. - Kitchen is available for light cooking needs, nothing too smelly please! - Please be aware that I do have cats. They are friendly and curious - typical cats! If you have problems with animals, please bear this in mind when considering my space. - Check in and check out. I try to be flexible when possible, working with my guests on the check-in/out times. As this is not a hotel and I do not have self check-in, I need guests to communicate regarding check-in time. In the event that I have a guest leaving and another arriving on the same day, I have set the check out time at 11am and check-in at 5pm. - The pricing includes all fees now imposed on hosts by the City of LA. Unfortunately, I have no control over what the City charges guests but those are collected by Airbnb. Guest access Guests will have a private bedroom with bathroom and access to kitchen facilities, although I ask for no smelly cooking! Washer and dryer facilities available for guests with longer stays, if needed. During your stay I usually work a lot, sometimes during the day, sometimes in the evening so it varies how much I will be home to interact with my guests. However, guests can always contact me by phone/text if necessary. Phone number provided upon booking. Other things to note Please make sure your own AirBnB profile is complete, including a little information about yourself, before making an inquiry. I don't need anyone's life history but, as guests are staying in my home, it's important to me to know a little about them. Please make sure you are ID verified through AirBnB. Check out is by 11am and check in from 5pm but I try to be flexible with check-in and out, whenever possible. Let me know if you have any needs that I might be able to help with.
