A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment in a small apartment building in the village of La Chapelle d’Abondance. A perfect location for summer and winter holidays with many guests returning each year. Located just a 3 minute walk from the nearest ski lift which is an entry point to the vast PdS ski area, it’s ideal for ski holidays. Summer holidays in the alps are unrivalled with lots of local activities to enjoy plus trips to nearby Lake Geneva and all that has to offer. The space The apartment has been renovated to a very high standard, with lots of local wood and slate, making it a very contemporary and stylish space. There is a spacious open plan living area, comprising a very well equipped kitchen, dining table and plenty of seating for relaxing after a day out enjoying the mountains. The balcony, accessed from panoramic windows in the living area, is a perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sun. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an ensuite toilet and shower room; bedroom 2 has 2 sets of chunky wooden built in, full size bunk beds along one wall. There is a separate toilet and another bathroom with 2 basins and a bath with shower. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, 2 televisions, 2 DVD players and some DVDs, a blue tooth speaker, google chrome cast, games, walking maps, local information. There is allocated parking for one car plus free space for another car. The cave / boot room is equipped with a heated boot rack and storage for outdoor wear.
