Guest access Areas not included are the 4th bedroom used as a storage room (not in listing) and utility closets for our cleaners. Garage not included. You will have the place to yourselves during your stay. Other things to note • Exterior Maintenance Notice - Regular mowing, landscaping, and exterior maintenance are performed at the property to keep the grounds safe, clean, and well‑maintained. These services may be carried out by the Host, a house manager, a landscaping crew, or any other contractor hired by the Host. Because these tasks are essential to property upkeep, advance written permission from the Guest is not required. By booking the property and reading these House Rules, Guest acknowledges and agrees that exterior maintenance may occur during their stay. We make every effort to minimize disruption, and all work is limited to the outdoor areas only. Contractors do not need to enter the home unless previously arranged with the Guest. • Garage notice - Host currently uses the garage for storage and may access the garage to add or remove items and is accessed via the large roll up garage door. Door into the house remains locked. By booking the property and reading these House Rules, Guest acknowledges and agrees that access is granted during their stay.
