This house sleeps up to twelve persons with one queen sized bedroom, full bathroom, and two queen sleeper sofas downstairs. Upstairs you will find a queen sized bedroom with adjacent twin bedroom as well as another bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and an upstairs full bathroom. Free washer and dryer on site, detergent not provided. Included with the full kitchen is a five burner stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, griddle, standard coffee maker, dishes and utensils. All of the pots and pans are ceramic coated and oven safe up to 600 degrees without the lids. They include two saucepans, a large stockpot, three frying pans, steamer, and large sauté pan. There is also a cake pan, cookie sheet, Pyrex dishes, blender, and mixer in case you'd like to enjoy some sweets. In the dining area is a large farmhouse table to seat everyone, highchair, and games located next to the table, including Scrabble, Twister, and Jenga. Forced air heat and air conditioning. Enjoy the outdoors with our 36" charcoal grill and firepit on site, charcoal not provided and wood available upon request. High speed fiber internet allows you to work remotely without worries and the large TV is Roku capable, providing free channels as well as allowing you to sign in to your favorite streaming networks. Just in case the kiddos enjoy certain movies there is a DVD player if needed. Booking is only opened 90 days in advance as this is located near our wedding venue and they have preference.
