Dartmouth is a​ beautiful historic town ​in an AOB. There are some great activities & attractions in the town including river cruises, steam trains, a paddle steamer, Dartmouth Castle, & Britannia Royal Naval College. Shopping, galleries, museums, arts & crafts – the list goes on in the town centre. Nearby are some of the best family days out & beaches in South Devon, and the stunning coastline provides endless walking options. Nearby are the seaside towns of Brixham, Paignton and Torquay. The space Detached chalet 10 mins from Dartmouth. The property is located on a quiet holiday park which has no clubhouse. It is less than a mile from nearby supermarkets & Park and Ride into town. There is private parking directly outside the door. The chalet has 2 bedrooms. 1 double en-suite with a shower & toilet, & 1 twin bedded room. There is a 2nd bathroom with a large shower & toilet. The living and kitchen area are open plan and contain a sofa seating area, dining table and chairs and kitchen. The chalet has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Free unlimited fast wi-fi and smart TV. Centrally heated throughout. Beach accessories such as body boards, wind breaks, crab lines and buckets available to borrow within the chalet. There is a travel cot and portable high chair that straps onto a chair available for babies and toddlers. Please note that electricity is not included in the price when booked. It is operated by a coin meter and takes 1 or 2 pound coins. Depending on usage and the amount of people in the party this shouldn't be more than 20 pounds (very often a fair bit less) a week in Summer and 40 pounds in Winter depending on heating use. Guest access Parking is directly outside the door. There is a bus route into Dartmouth and to other towns on the outskirts of the park. The park and ride to Dartmouth is less than a mile away. Other things to note Please note, electricity is payable by a meter which accepts £1 or £2 coins.
