We have a resident manager that lives on the property with a separate entrance, and is completely unseen and unheard throughout your stay. Enjoy this huge family home equipped with everything you need. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, fully equipped Chef's kitchen with new appliances, all linen and towels. The space This is a beautiful historic home on a special, family friendly street in downtown Wilmington. The house has exceptionally large, open rooms with many windows and light. There are 2 staircases-one in the front of the house, and one on the back of the house- so several family members can stay together and also maintain privacy in this large space. There are many architectural details that are left over from the 1920's, including the tile work in the bathrooms, the detailed carvings in the fireplace mantels, and the columns on the front porch of this southern colonial home. Guest access We have a keyless entry system. You will receive a code 24 hours prior to your stay. Please check messages here for the code. You will also have 24 hour access to the property owner via text or phone in case of emergencies. If you need anything else, please let us know. Street parking is plentiful in front of the house and on the side of the house. No garage parking available. Please note that we provide a "starter pack" of paper goods and cleaning supplies for your stay. We are located near several grocery stores and we provide a list, so you can replenish as needed. Many of our guests find that the starter pack is all they need for a weekend. Other things to note We accept pets on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet! Our home is in a residential neighborhood, and as such, we are extremely mindful of our neighbors' right to privacy and peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood. We do not allow parties, and we expect our guests to park only in front of our home in order to assist us in maintaining an enjoyable experience for all.
