Ideal for a family stay, this renovated house will allow you to enjoy the many beaches along the Corniche, the city center and many walks (on foot or by bike) from the house. In a 5-minute walk, you are at the beaches and in 10 minutes by bike (or 20 minutes on foot), you are in the city center with its shops and market. The house is our main residence, it has been tastefully renovated. It has an enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. On the ground floor, you will have an equipped kitchen, living room, TV, separate toilet, bathroom with shower and sink. Upstairs, you will have a bedroom with a 160 double bed, a separate dressing room and office, a bedroom with a 140 double bed, a bedroom with a 90 single bed/baby equipment, a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and sink. In the garage is the washer and dryer and you can drop off your bikes or nautical equipment (paddle, kayak, windsurfing,...). There is Wi-Fi in the house. Guest access It's very easy to park in front of the house, there are parking spaces. Other things to note As a guarantee and security deposit for any damage that may be caused to the premises or to the movable property and objects, the tenant will insure and have, on the day of check-in, civil liability insurance.
