Welcome to the Summit Lakeside Manor, your home away from home in the beautiful Poconos! With a large Colonial design, The Manor is spacious, comfortable, and stylishly decorated to host a perfectly peaceful getaway for couples, friends, and families. The Manor features 4 large bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms (all just renovated July 2021), and all the amenities you're looking for when traveling to the Poconos including boating, central A/C, BBQ, fresh linens and lightning fast wifi. The space The Manor is a colonial style, 2800 sqft home with ample space for family and friends to hang out and enjoy a relaxing time together. Our living room features a large, U-shaped sectional sofa, and a 65" 4k smart TV. Connected to the living room is a large eat in kitchen - fully stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans, cookware, and general supplies. Step out through the patio door and enjoy one of the only fenced in backyards in the entire area. Let your dog(s) run off-leash and enjoy the vacation the way they deserve! Enjoy a backyard BBQ with our stainless steel grill and provided propane tanks. Our backyard comfortably seats up to 12 guests and 4 dogs. Alternatively, have group dinner in the dining room, which seats up to 12 if you squeeze or 10 comfortably. Also on the first floor is the game room. Enjoy a lazy Saturday playing billiards, ping pong, corn-hole, arcade games, giant Jenga, giant Connect-4, and more. When you're done for the day, head upstairs to the four bedrooms and reading loft. Master Bedroom: Queen bed with 70" 4k smart TV. Rolling Pack-n-play crib located inside walk-in closet. Master Bathroom attached featuring dual sinks and brand new tile shower. Bedroom 2: Queen bed with 43" smart TV. Walk in Closet. Bedroom 3: 2x Twin beds. 32" smart TV. Standard closet. Bedroom 4: Extra large room with 2 queen beds. 43" Smart TV. Loft: Read a book or browse the web on our cute floating desk. Please note you just login with your own streaming credentials for all smart TVs. Full Bathroom: Shower/bathroom for bedrooms 2-4. Laundry washer/dryer located upstairs next to the full bathroom. The home includes access to both community lakes. The lake behind the home (visible depending on foliage) can be accessed via an easement 3 homes down, as well as a second lake 14min walk away that has the swimmable beach area. Guest access The Manor driveway fits up 6 cars. DO NOT PARK IN THE STREET!! You will need a car to get around outside of the gated community. Other things to note The Manor is for groups of friends and families looking to relax. Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10pm and 8am. Our home is in a gated community that requires all guests to be registered, and is not to be used for parties or events. We require a signed rental agreement 5 days before check-in; if your booking is last minute, we are able to expedite this and make an exception. The lake behind the home is accessible using an easement just two homes down, for kayaking and boating -a canoe is provided. To swim, you'll want to go to the adjacent lake, right up the street, where there is a lake beach and life guard on duty. We love dogs and welcome you to bring your furry friend. A pet fee of $100 will be applied to your reservation, for up to 3 pets. Lastly, please do not speed in the community. They ticket quite heavily and it is expensive.
