Look no further! Your cabin oasis awaits you. This one floor unit does require stairs to get up to the home. Spacious yard with views of bay and private beach home for your memories. This place is great for family gatherings, little children, girls getaway, hunting, snowmobiling or a fishing weekend. unplug, and unwind. All the space you need to relax and with Ottertail 1 mile away, there is plenty to do! The space Troopers Landing: Outside Includes a dock to tie up floaties. Bring your boat and use the public landing (remember to drain your boat before and after to avoid unwanted water life transferring!!) We include a paddleboat for use. Enjoy the spacious water front area to relax or float or even catch a fish right off the dock! The deck is perfect for viewing throughout the day and a bonfire pit (not during extreme drought fire hazards conditions, please check local weather/news before use). We are including firewood at no cost (near fire pit). Please use water bucket in shed to let out fire pit before going leaving with using lake water. Grill is available for your use (please move away from side of house, any grilling done next to house is subject to fine replacing any melted/damaged siding) Fish cleaning station on the side on shed. Please discard any fish remains following instructions at the station Please do not drive cars on lot past the cabin. We have a canoe for rent. $50 for the duration of your stay. pleas message me if interested. Inside Living room- • TV- has the local channels • Games and movies in coffee table. • Bathroom- shower. We have towels, small shampoo/soaps and toilet paper included. We also include shower cleaner in the shower for use. There is a second full bathroom in the basement through the garage entrance. • Bedroom- twin beds and full bed – closet includes beach towels, vacuum/mop and broom. • Bedroom- queen and full • The kitchen- includes microwave, stove/oven, fridge with top loaded freezer. Sink. Coffee pot. Toaster. Blender. Keurig. Cooking and eating utensils. There is no dishwasher so please use the sink and dish towels and drying rack. Large counter and table for preparing and serving food. We do include paper napkins, 2 ice trays and salt and pepper to get you started. Storm shelter: basement bathroom Garage includes extra storage, hangout space and a washer and dryer. There is also a full bathroom Guest access Parking is on the east side of the cabin. near the stairs and driveway. You will come in on hwy 108 and Lueders rd is a dirt road by the heating and cooling company. We are 1 mile down the road and look for lot number 138. Please do not drive past the cabin into the lot. Safety • Fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink. • Fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors in place please don’t tamper with. • Small first aid kit available in kitchen drawer. Not included: • No Dishwasher Not allowed: • No pets • No glass at the beach • No parties • No campers on lot • No guest overnight that are not a part of your original reservation group. • No driving cars on lot past the cabin. • No loading or unloading any watercraft (jet ski/boat etc. from rental property. There is a public landing that is to be used. Please watch for high drought alerts. we have a water hose on the west side of the house What is there to do/nearby! • Lakes- Our lake is great for fishing- great for bass, sunny, croppy fishing. Tubing, boating and skiing! Lake Ottertail public landing is 3 miles away as well! • Walk Path- We have a 3 mile walking path that starts at our house and goes into town. • ER- Perham emergency and full hospital is 10 minutes away. • Clinic- Local clinic open in Ottertail and is one mile away. • Golf- WORLD CLASS- Thumper pond golf course 1 mile away. • Pet- Pet boarding (highly recommended) 2 miles away in Ottertail - All Creatures boarding • Pet- Vet and 24 service 15 min away in battle lake • Zorbaz!!! Zorbaz 15 min drive around Ottertail. • Nearby towns- Perham is 10 minutes away, Dent is 15 minutes away and Battle Lake is 15 minutes away.
