You can’t get an apartment any closer to Mauao-Mount Maunganui and Pilot Bay than this! Situated on the corner of Adams Avenue, the apartment has a spacious private outdoor area with a BBQ, tables, chairs & a spa pool that you can soak in whilst looking over to beautiful Pilot Bay and Mauao. Make sure to watch the magnificent cruise ships coming and going from the harbour. The space On the ground level there is the open plan living area that flows out to the courtyard, it has all the comforts of home with Sky TV and a dining area. You’ll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen that has a breakfast bar and even an uninterrupted view of Mauao from the kitchen bench! There is a toilet on this level and a washing machine. Upstairs in the main bedroom you can sit on the deck & look out over to the stunning harbour and Mauao. It has a king size bed with luxury linen, smart TV, wardrobe and has a dedicated work area with built in desk & a chair. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with luxury linen, smart TV, mini ensuite (toilet & basin only) and wardrobe. There are also fantastic views from this bedroom. Situated in-between the bedrooms is the bathroom with a double sink, toilet, shower and deck. You’ll have luxurious towels and toiletries. The main surf beach and Surf Club is a 3 minute walk where you’ll love this amazing beach with various cafes and boutique stores. The Mount Hot Pools are directly across the road at the base of Mauao. Mauao has stunning walking tracks both around the base and to the summit, a must do! Mount Maunganui shopping centre has dozens of delicious eateries and boutique stores. This is an easy 10 minute walk. On your way into town if you have young children with you be sure to stop at the huge park at Mount Drury Reserve. The apartment is a short driving distance from the Bays biggest indoor shopping centre named Bayfair and has a cinema complex. Bay Oval Cricket Ground, Trustpower Baypark Stadium and Tauranga Airport is also not far. Guest access Self check-in, keys are in a lock box. Access to the main entrance is off Adams Avenue, through the secure gate and private courtyard. There is also a back door giving access to the garage and shared clothesline. Other things to note The secure garage is located and the rear of the apartment, this is a reasonably small garage. Large vehicles may not fit but there is free parking on the street.
