Our home is NOT a hotel, but we're trying to provide you with a comfortable stay. We provide guest grooming kit & fresh bed sheets for your comfort. The space is a 21SQM condo unit equipped with what you need. It has 1 bedroom, balcony, common space, kitchen and a toilet and bath with separate doors. Pls take note of the space size 21SQM. It's the typical size of studio or 1BR units. Pls spare us from bad feedback because of this while it is clearly stated in the listing. Make reading a habit :) The space Welcome to Unit 2127! Let this charming Santorini inspired space give you a hint of what Greek is and whisk your stress and worries away as you relax and enjoy in Tagaytay. This unit is equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. It's located at Tagaytay Prime Residences on the 21st floor giving you breathtaking view of the CITY from the balcony. Guest access Unit - Rate is good for 2 people. But we can accommodate up to 3pax for an additional of 250 pesos. Swimming Pool Currently closed due to maintenance will resume on February 16, 2026. Parking - located at the 3rd and ground floor - Parking spaces are on a first come first served basis only. It is not guaranteed as reservations are not allowed. There are also times when parking spaces at the property run out. So you need to park in alternative parking areas. This doesn't happen too often though. Parking rates: - Php80.00 per entry View deck - breathtaking view of Taal - 24th floor - jogging path Commercial Areas located at 3rd floor Other things to note Standard check in time is between 2pm to 5pm. Robert will meet you at the property to assist you with check in. Guests can self check in from 6pm onwards. Keys will be at the keybox and you will be given a code to be able to open the keybox. Pls inform us of your arrival time so we can arrange check in and provide you with instructions for self check in. Early check in/Late check out (if available) can also be arranged for a fee of Php100 per hour. Please message us to check if this is available. To maintain cleanliness and freshness of the unit, we only allow light cooking. We provide rice cooker, electric kettle and microwave oven so you can at least cook rice, boil water for hot beverages and reheat food. If you plan to cook viand kindly message so we can install induction stove at the unit. Just refrain from cooking heavily to avoid smoky and smelly unit.
