Villa is close to the medieval town of Sommières (shops, restaurants and historical heritage) on the banks of the Vidourle (water activities, fishing...); Languedoc beaches 30 minutes away (Grau du Roi, Grande Motte, Carnon, Palavas, Espiguette...) The space La Palmeraie is a recent villa (07/2016), benefiting from the Eco-energy RT2012 label (energy rating A+). In addition to exceptional insulation of the house, you benefit from integrated, quiet and discreet reversible air conditioning, with individual temperature control (living rooms and bedrooms). All the lighting is composed of LED bulbs. The water heater is the latest generation thermo-dynamic. all the living rooms of the house benefit from remote-controlled and motorized aluminum shutters. Furniture, household appliances and bedding are maintained and/or renewed regularly (bedding in particular). A private swimming pool (4.00 m * 3.50 m - depth 1.50 m) is usable during the season (May to September). Its maintenance is carried out regularly, but a surface and bottom net are there for everyday use. Be careful to put it in safety outside of its use, by covering it. You will also have access to a 5-seat outdoor HOT TUB, private and new. You can enjoy relaxation sessions, aromatherapy, chromotherapy. Of course, you must respect the rules of use and in particular not use the blowers (forced air) after 10 p.m. (out of respect for the neighborhood), or listen to loud music. The use of the hot tub must be preceded by a shower. For the pool, it is also requested to shower in order to get rid of sunscreen and other cosmetics before entering the bath. For this purpose, a garden shower is available. You will also have an outdoor aluminum ping pong table; rackets and balls are provided. The gravel vehicle access can be used as a bowling ground (pétanques) which will be provided to you. A charging station (Wallbox) for electric or hybrid vehicles is available in the private parking lot of the villa. Contact us for the cost of electric charging. Guest access You will share vehicle access with the adjoining villa, not overlooked. You have a private parking space of 45 m² (cement slab) allowing you to park several vehicles. The entire Villa is at your disposal (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a cellar). You will also enjoy suitable storage space in each room, as well as the storage room. You will be the only occupants of the house, garden, pool and Spa. A beautiful and large 45 m² exotic wood terrace extends the living and dining room. The landscaped garden and terrace are ideally south-facing (maximum sunshine). Trees and parasols will provide you with the necessary shade. Other things to note During the season (July and August) the minimum stay is 6 nights. Contact us for stays of a slightly shorter duration. The ideal capacity of the Villa is 7 people, for example 4 adults and 3 children. The maximum capacity is 9 guests, 2 of whom will sleep on a sofa bed in the living room, 3 will sleep in single beds (including 2 bunk beds), in the same room. We have a baby bed and high chair for babies (on request).
